Hansol Hospital, which performs 40,000 cases of endoscopic examination a year, makes an effort for 100 % early detection and treatment of stomach and colon cancer. We conduct stomach and colon examinations at the same time and if disease is suspected, a biopsy is conducted immediately. The polyps found during the examination are removed immediately to improve the convenience of patients. The ESD (Endoscopic submucosal dissection) is performed actively to cure stomach and colon cancer in its earliest stage. In addition, Hansol Hospital is equipped with special equipment such as the narrow band imaging (NBI) endoscope, magnifying endoscope, ultrasonic endoscope and capsule endoscope.
